Where are you located?

I meet people virtually through zoom + at my in-person location @ 103-2849 North Road, Burnaby for counselling and coaching.

When offering organizational or team services I meet people virtually and/or at their chosen venue (sometimes this is their work location or a venue chosen by the organization).

How long are sessions?

50 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Extended health insurers have uniques plans so please check with your insurance provider to see if they cover registered social workers before your session.

I am also an affiliate counsellor with Family Services Employee Assistance Program - FSEAP.

What are your fees?

My fees range from $120-160 per session depending on your income level.

Please contact me for my sliding scale.

I reserve 10% of my case load for clients without financial coverage on a pay-what-you-can basis. Please contact me to be added to the waitlist.

What if I have to cancel?

Please allow 24 hours before the session to cancel. I understand that sometimes you have life/work emergencies and I will do my best to accommodate for those.

Please allow one week before a training or workshop to cancel.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

Finding a therapist that you connect well with is challenging. Sometimes people can figure out if the counsellor is a good fit immediately but other times it can take up to 3 sessions.
